GARMENT LOANS

The IGBO-SISUN garment loan program provides approved stylists, editors, celebrities, influencers, and creative professionals with access to selected pieces for editorial, red carpet, press, events, and other approved appearances.

IMPORTANT: The only items available for garment loans is anything within the made-to-measure section. Ready to wear pieces must be purchased.

Loan Requests

All garment loan requests must be emailed in advance to igbosisun@gmail.com and should include:

  • Requester/stylist name and contact information

  • Publication, client, or project

  • Intended use and event/editorial details

  • Requested garment(s) and size(s)

  • Date and time of pickup

  • Date and time of return

  • Delivery or pickup requirements

Loan Terms

  • All loans are subject to availability and approval.

  • Garments must be returned by the agreed-upon date and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • The borrower is responsible for the garment while it is in their possession.

  • Garments may not be altered, tailored, dyed, repaired, loaned to a third party, or otherwise modified without prior written approval.

  • Any damage, loss, staining, alteration, or late return may result in repair, cleaning, replacement, or other applicable charges.

  • Garments must not be worn for purposes other than those approved at the time of the loan.

  • Proper care and professional handling are required at all times.

Loan FEEs

All garment loans are subject to a rental fee, determined based on the garment, duration of the loan, intended use, and the nature of the request. The loan fee is 33% of the original price, plus tax depending on duration. Email igbosisun@gmail.com to inquire.

Returns

All garments must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, tags, and accompanying materials, unless otherwise agreed. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Usage & Credit

Where applicable, the brand must be properly credited in editorial, social media, press, and other published materials. Any published imagery featuring loaned garments may be requested for the brand's records and promotional use, subject to applicable permissions.

Approval

Submitting a garment loan request does not guarantee availability or approval. The brand reserves the right to approve, decline, modify, or recall any loan at its discretion.
